Monday, April 19, 2021. Test and Trace is now taking Moderna vaccination appointments at the yellow tent at the corner of Baxter and Worth, by Columbus Park and across from the Federal Court. Appointment times are available for Wednesday (4/21/21) thru Saturday from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. A vaccination bus will be parked at Baxter and Worth for the vaccination. Face masks and face shields are being distributed now. Bring government photo ID with birthday to the tent to make your appointment.
